Fresh off the back of their performance at The Great Escape last week, indie pop quartet Corella come through with their new single ‘Bloom’. The band have been on our radars for a little while with some of their previous release really striking a chord across Spotify official playlists. The band have been on the bill at some of the UK’s most prominent festivals last year and their live story just continues to grow, and with each passing show these guys are getting bigger and bigger.
New single ‘Bloom’ opens with a breezy, almost pop sounding feel and quickly bursts into life with a massive anthemic chorus. Songs like these feel like the perfect summer soundtrack, massive guitars and bigger choruses fill an huge soundscape and really bring the track to life. It’s high tempo and energetic and awash with crisp guitar work and pulsing basslines. Once again Corella have created an absolute banger that will have to be on alot of peoples summer playlists this year.
