Mesa Luna is a dream-pop/shoegaze project from Vancouver multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer, Justice McLellan. Having worked on a number of different projects over the course of the last few years, Justice has found the time to focus in, and knuckle down on Mesa Luna’s first full length album titled ‘Lash’ – Released March 22.
The latest single to come from the debut body of work is the ethereal ‘Dispel’. Moving in all directions with glitching synths and delayed guitars, this new offering has the feeling of ‘Total Life Forever’-era Foals and comes complete with a delicate, soothing vocal. Justice explains; “‘Dispel’ is about wanting to push someone away who is pushing you away- when you both want to be with each other and be happy but both parties are unsure and not putting their whole selves in. “
