Formed just last year, the Cheshire based indie pop band Hollywood Eyes emerge with their latest single ‘Dollhouse’. The band are mixing sounds from the 80s and the modern indie pop model that The 1975 have so successfully made popular and with support slots confirmed with Eliza and The Bear, the young band are making an instant impact.
‘Dollhouse’ have the bright and upbeat nature that bands like Pale Waves are bringing to the table but actually its not just happy pop track. It goes a lot deeper and the vocals bring through a mountain of passion to add to an already atmospheric instrumental. I haven’t heard a track for a long time that pours its heart out in quite the same way as this and it really makes the band stand out.
