New Music – New Guardz ’30 Degrees’

If you’re looking for the perfect song to soundtrack your next trip to the beach to catch the last of the British summertime this is it.

It begins with the tickling of brush head on cymbal for second before the bass comes exploding in on top of the trapsoul beat.

The first set of bars have this growling energy that pricks the ear and catches attention, is sets up the narrative for the song which is varying flavours set against the backdrop of the too short summer in the UK.

When the chorus finally struts into the forefront of the track its safe to say it’s an instant classic. Has that timeless quality that feels like you can sing along even on the first listen.

This is a collective that have clearly put in work perfecting their connection to eachother seamlessly working together to create a track and verses interlinked amongst them.

The beat itself is vibe and even as an instrumental would be the perfect companion to a dusk sank beer on the beach.

The crew has a lot of different output and projects on the go and you should check out their Instagram to stay updated for those and the upcoming feature length album.
