Lover Lamp are a seven piece band from Newcastle, Australia who deliver something quite spectacularly unique on their latest single ‘Ponyrace’ (I’m a Little Hoarse).
The new release is a theatrical, raucous, fast paced slam through high tempos and wild vocals. The character of the track feels like a mix of Electric Six and Sports Team and delivers an underlying punk theme whilst topping the track off with a totally unique, whacked out vocal line that is as unforgettable as it is completely mad.
