Formed in DC and now based in New York, five piece indie band Glom emerge with their glorious debut ‘Tell Me Who To Be’. Having been playing together for years, the band recently recruited their fifth member and now offer the first slice of what they have to give. Heavily influenced by 90s alt rock, Glom have a full, defined sound even for a debut release full of fuzzy guitars and vintage synth lines.

‘Tell Me Who To Be’ builds a vast, luscious soundscape that sits somewhere between a mellow shoegazey vibe and a more upbeat indie rock track. Chorus fuelled guitars lead the way and 90s synths follow suit all topped by a crisp, dreamy vocal. When debuts come through like this it does get you rather excited for what could be to come and that is certainly the case with Glom.
