Formed in 2017, Stockholm based duo Black Beach Baby are emerging in 2019 with their dreamy debut single ‘Loser’. Comprised of members Andy and My, Black Beach Baby start their foray into releasing music in fine fashion and we hope there is much more to come.
‘Loser’ is crammed full of jangling guitar lines, hazy chords and relaxed rhythms. Chilled-out to the core, the debut offering from the Swedish duo has hints of the shoegaze world and the vocal performance feels like a subtle nod to the dulcet tones of Morrissey. Black Beach Baby make a fine entrance with ‘Loser’ and this year should hold the key for these guys to explore their sound further. Tune in.
