Travis Bretzer is Canada’s finest goofball. He released his debut EP ‘Making Love’ through Mexican Summer in September ’13, and followed it up with the single, ‘Low Volt/Debbie’. There has been talk of an LP, due to be released later this year, but I guess we’ll have to wait and see. For now we’ll just assume he’s content with his day job writing jingles for a local radio station in back in Canada.

Travis Bretzer squeezes his ear bending style directly into the heart of the slacker rock scene, which has seen him featured as a Guardian New Band Of The Day. Now, arguably a greater feat, Bretzer has earned himself the title of Yack’s first Featured Artist Fridays, First Featured Artist. Yeah.
As a result, we will be offering you ONLY Travis Bretzer related posts today. Later, we will have a flashback live review of Bretzer’s performance at Brighton’s Green Door Store, and a review of his five-track EP ‘Making Love’. Here’s a little sneaky peaky at Travis Bretzer when he is making cool music.
