Canadian band Mother Sun bring forward their second single’Daylight’ from their upcoming debut album ‘Caramel Clouds’. For a band at such a relatively early stage, these guys know their sound inside out and really bring through a fresh and unique noise.
‘Daylight’ hints at moments of psych rock with wavy organs and spaced out guitars laying out a woozy undertone on the track. The vocals match this but also bring in a touch of the classic indie rock sound, and this sound is all pinned together with jagged, sharp guitar riffs that add yet another layer to this particularly dynamic song.
