‘Shadows Of Old Love’ is the first single from the Cleveland based Holden Laurence to come from his second full length album. Having release his debut body of work in 2017, Holden has since honed and refined his sound bringing through 80s synth pop vibe across his work.
The new single has the feel of Soft Cell with a modern, sunset boulevard style twist, like ‘Shadows Of Old Love’ wouldn’t feel out of place in a Top Gun montage. It’s thoughtful but playful and boasts a subtle infectious energy that drives the track from start to finish. Holden’s dreamy vocals take the spotlight and allow that dusky feeling to wash over the track in a gentle wave. The new album is out May 10th so get on board now.
