Scottish indie band Atlas Run bring more of that good stuff to the table in the form of their latest single ‘Empty Room’. The new release follows on from the success of previous offerings ‘Losing Touch’ and ‘D Day’ and is a big, big anthem.
The first thing that strikes you about ‘Empty Room’ is its strong Scottish vocal that really brings a huge amount of charm to the track, in the same way that this accent really brings out some of the lyrical content that Biffy Clyro produce. Although that would be a lazy comparison. Musically the track is bold, in places bright and in others much darker, but this tonal dynamic really lets the song come to life.
